Your sense of humor and ability to inspire is a true gift, and the way you seemlessly  integrate it into a powerful message of empowerment is fantastic!

Find The Humor- breast cancer survivor speaker

A Happy “laff-attitude” helped me survive cancer – My Journey of Hope and Humor.

Have you ever laughed until you cried? Cried until you laughed?

Diana Jordan is a grateful 12-year breast cancer survivor and very popular breast cancer survivor speaker!

For five years she was speaking to cancer groups on “The Healing Power of Laughter!” because she lost both her dad and brother to this dreaded disease. Years before her diagnosis, Diana found herself a top speaker for The Susan G. Komen Organization. So, needless to say she was shocked when she received the news.  “Did you all give this to me? she chortled to an audience of hundreds of survivors and family members “A watch or a fruit basket would have been just fine!” She worked many months after her diagnosis with the cancer because like most women – she financially had to.

So now! Life is back in session and it’s time to break up with your refrigerator and live the lessons you learned from covid and if you are a survivor of covid or breast cancer or going through treatment.

“Life is short!  You can laugh or cry- I can help you laugh again!”

“Early detection equals prevention.” As a breast cancer speaker Diana emphasizes the importance of stress reduction as well as the critical nature of following a good nutritional plan, having more fun, being socially active, accepting your new normal and ‘finding the funny’ in life in general. ‘Humor is all around us! Pay attention to your life! It’s talking to you! Take a cue from that great philosopher poet, Ferris Bueller: “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”

One of America’s top breast cancer survivor Speakers, Diana emphasizes the fact that “You have to find the humor in all situations in life- it can literally save it. It’s not easy but tune into ‘your funny.’  Example: A couple of weeks after my mastectomy a friend’s brother said to me, ‘I’m so sorry you had breast cancer, my aunt had a vasectomy!” Did he really say that! Oh yes, he did!

Cancer patients, survivors, and their families are such special people and are so very grateful to all the wonderful healthcare workers that strive to try to make their life a little easier. As a breast cancer survivor speaker Diana realizes with this disease on the rise she is not only in high demand as a breast cancer survivor speaker but also a cancer Speaker in general. “People do not realize how many different kinds of cancers there are.  I lost my dad to colon cancer and my brother to lung cancer.” Diana shares her experiences and the effects it has had on her as a patient and survivor as well as on family and friends. A truly unique well-rounded cancer speaker.

As a top cancer survivor speaker, Diana is always excited to share how she works diligently at prevention and how you can too. She has spoken for many, many Susan G. Komen affiliates across the country and delights in all the pink!

Even though such a serious subject audiences will laugh through her “Oops” moments with Tom Cruise when she appeared in the hit movie “Jerry Maguire”. They will share an “Oopsrah” moment when she performed her comedy routine on the Oprah Winfrey show and what it was like to date and what she learned about how important laughter is in our lives from Robin Williams.

Diana leaves audiences with laughter and a more positive way to deal with this difficult situation.

She is funny, engaging, and allows her compassion to shine in the stories she tells and the comedy she shares. She is a positive person who believes in the power of laughter and this came through loud and clear! Even virtually!

We  would highly recommend her!
